Stávající objekt je charakteru malého víkendového objektu v zahradní kolonii. Architektonické řešení vychází z očištění stávající stavby od množství materiálů a barevností a jeho maximální zjednodušení. Vlastní dům bude zateplen a proveden s fasádou z omítky jednotné barevnosti. Fasády budou doplněny dřevěnými okny s barevnými rámy a stávající cihlovou keramickou krytinou. Interiér stavby bude proveden v přírodních materiálech – bílá omítka, dřevěné podlahy. Kontrastem k jednoduché hmotě domu bude schodišťová věž. Záměrně odlišená hmota s odlišným architektonickým pojednáním. Věž bude provedena jako dřevěná konstrukce, opláštěná průsvitným, tepelně izolačním Makrolonem. Levný materiál při plnoplošném použití získá velkorysost a jedinečnost řešení. Střecha věže je přístupná přes poklop pro možnost její údržby, na vrcholu věže je navržen stožár pro vyvěšení vlajky.

Description:

The existing building is the character of a small weekend building in a garden colony. The architectural solution is based on the cleaning of the existing building from the amount of materials and colors and its maximum simplification. The house itself will be insulated and made with a facade of plaster of uniform color. The facades will be complemented by wooden windows with colored frames and existing brick ceramic roofing. The interior of the building will be made of natural materials – white plaster, wooden floors. The contrast to the simple mass of the house will be the stair tower. Intentionally differentiated matter with a different architectural treatise. The tower will be made as a wooden structure, covered with a translucent, thermally insulating Makrolon. Cheap material in full-area use will gain generosity and uniqueness of the solution. The roof of the tower is accessible through a hatch for the possibility of its maintenance, at the top of the tower is designed a pole for hanging the flag.
